Join Us for the Oskaloosa High School Homecoming Parade!
The Oskaloosa High School Student Council invites the community to our Homecoming Parade at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11th. This is our second year hosting the parade in the evening, and we hope it encourages more community and alumni involvement. We especially want to give parents the opportunity to be a part of their student's experience.
Parade Route:
The parade will begin at Oskaloosa High School, head south on Liberty Street to Madison Street, pass by A Child's World, circle around Heritage Gardens, and return to Jefferson Street. It will then proceed north on Jefferson Street, concluding at the Football Stadium.
:Post-Parade Fun:
After the parade, students can enjoy a meal provided by the Bear Backers Booster Club, and food trucks will be available for community members. Following the meal, students will participate in Iron Man Volleyball and Powder Puff Football class competitions. We’d love for the community to join in on these exciting festivities! The evening will close with a bonfire around 9:00 p.m.
